38 weeks!

holy smokes! 38 weeks today! :)

im seriously into the "okay no really... ANY DAY NOW" mode. ive hit that wall where im just uncomfortable all the time. even when im sleeping, im uncomfortable. id give my right arm to sleep on my side for just one night and be able to alk in the morning. i swear - as soon as this monkey is born, im sleeping on my side. and i cant wait!!

and on top of the usual pregnancy aches and pains, any mosquito in a 20 mile radius has decided that the "amy buffet" is open 24/7. ive got about 5-6 bites that itch like crazy! i found a big honkin mosquito in my room last night so i shut my door and slept in the living room. *sigh* dad brought out the bug zapper and i'll be leaving it on in my room tonight to try to zap the little blood sucker. in the meantime ive got my benadryl cream in my pocket and slap it on a few times a day.

i have my next appt on wednesday - however i was also subpoenaed to court that day (looong story about getting my identity stolen months ago, i never thought it'd go anywhere so i never posted about it and here i am going to court *sigh*) so im on hold. i have to call the DAs office the night before to see if the prelim case is still being heard on wednesday and if it IS then i have to cancel my appt and call wed. after court to see if they can squeeze me in. and if it isnt going to be heard then i can go to my appt as scheduled and they will reschedule the prelim. which will (naturally) be within the next few weeks when i'll have a newborn to contend with. god times!

i'll keep everyone updated on that though - here's hoping i DONT have to go to court so i can go to my appt as usual and get a move on things... hopefully!!
