darn it!

well... i just called - i have to go to court tomorrow. DARN IT. i dont want to go. i talked to the DA today and i explained that im 2 weeks away from d-day and she said that they would try to get my case up first... but there was no way to know for sure. joy.

so i had to call and cancel my OB appt for tomorrow and whenever they let me out of court tomorrow, i have to call and see if they can squeeze me in tomorrow or sometime on thursday. UGH.

meg - in response to your comment, they dont usually go to court. however, i found out the next day that my card # was taken and due to my quick thinking and action, we caught the girl using it! so she was arrested... which is awesome! :) but i had to go to court for her preliminary (the trial was set for 6/19, the day after my due date, its being bumped out to july to acommodate me - woo!) and then the one tomorrow is for the girl who actually TOOK my number along with about 3-4 other peoples number (shes a clerk at a store) and gave the numbers to her friends to use. so the first girl was her friend and tomorrow is the actual girl who took my number *whew* either way - its a long day for me to day "i dont know her and never gave her or anyone else authorization to use my card number."

*whew* so here ya go. and the real pisser? i have to BE there at 8:00 in the morning. its 45 mins away, which means i need to leave the house at 7:00a. which means i have to BE UP at 6:00a. that sucks so bad. im not a morning person. *sigh* but anyway. i'll update againa fter my appt... whenever that is!
