i hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving!! we did the family thing at my grantmothers where she stuffed us full of good food and talked politics - as only grandma can! :) also, that night we got some EXCITING news from my cousin - shes pregnant too!! im due june 18th and shes due july 18th! :) im so excited i can barely stand it! her and i are very close in age, and when we were younger grandma used to make us matching dresses and outfits - so now grandma will get to do it again with our babies! i am so glad that my baby will have a playmate close to the same age... that was one of the things i was sad about, this baby wouldnt have anyone THAT close in age. now he/she will! yay! and my cousin lives less than a 5 min walk from where i'll be living, so we'll be able to meet up as preggos and exchange stories.
yay!! i cant wait! :)
im actually feeling quite a bit better the last few days. still hungry and tired, but not as queasy as before. then again, ive kept a steady flow of food going in there... so that could be it! im getting closer and closer to the second trimester when i feel like i can finally take a deep breath and relax a bit :) my appt isnt for another 3 and a half weeks... but i can make it till then!
oh another fun thing on thanksgiving - my OTHER cousin is TTC so we had a nice long conversation about temping and fertilityfriend and OPKs... she has just been having sex when shes supposed to and hoping for the best (as most newlyweds do! thats half the fun!) but i think she's ready to tighten it up now and really start focusing on timing and all that. i'm going to throw some OPKs her way and have her try them... now if she could jump on the pregnant train - we'd have THREE babies at the same time! and if my OTHER cousins wife and him get on it - we could have FOUR! thats an awful lot of convincing i'd have to do though LOL :)
anyway - again, i hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving with lots to be thankful for :)

Oh, Amy...What a sweet Thanksgiving you had. "Pomsmomee" (Candace) from your NW Board Family here....I am just tickled Pink & Blue for you & how wonderfully things are progressing. How nice to Now have a very special Preggy Buddy to share & laugh with. Plus, your babies get to play together. How sweet! Take Care of yourself.:)
Amy, just wanted to send you to a website www.visembryo.com. At the top click on pregnancy timeline. Then read the blurb at the bottom and click on the other chart. It really breaks up the stages of pregnancy differently. I was glad to see that the embryonic period lasts until 8 weeks, then the fetal period begins. You are really relatively safe after that happens. I hope you can breathe a sigh of relief!
Families full of babies are the best! I love it and cant wait to throw one of my own in the mix~ Glad all is well!
