oh boy!

my friend C found out today that shes having a boy... just like i guessed! :) waa hoo!!

caleb is doing good - the cold is all but gone :) i put a mirror up in his crib and he LOVES to look at the handsome little boy looking back at him. LOL its so funny! i'll put him in there and he'll stare at himself for a minute then get this HUGE smile and laugh. its so great! :) i wish i had thought of that earlier!

note to all of my friends expecting or hoping to be expecting - mirror in the crib = great idea!! :)

my mom goes back to work on monday so caleb and i can get back in to our groove. i cant wait to go back to what little schedule we seemed to have. i hate hate HATE whenhis schedule gets honked up :( i mean, we dont havea GREAT strict schedule or anything, but i have somewhat of a "groove" (since its not a schedule really) blah.

isnt it sad that i hate the weekends now? our "groove" goes to shit on the weekend. my parents dont seem to understand that he needs floor time and quiet time and sleeping time with a pattern. he doesnt need to be in the carseat and/or stroller all day, or held all day... *sigh* tomorrow they have a full day planned for us but i think we'll just do our pictures in the morning then go home. nothing else is required of us. :)

anyway. friend C is having a boy - yay!!
