4 months!
caleb had his 4 month check up today! :) he is 19lbs 9oz and 27 inches long. dang!! has he grown, or what?? we were also given the "ok" to start solids... but i think we'll wait another week or so. i want to put it off as long as i can to help avoid possible allergies. and because bottles are so much easier than lugging food around :) i do, however, want him to have bene on solids for a while before he starts daycare in january... so we've gotta start pretty soon :)
we've had a busy week - on sunday he was baptized and on monday he woke up with a horible red blistered rash/line thing on his leg :( the doctor said it looked like poisin oak (?!?!?!?) but it was probably an allergic reaction to one of the plants in my backyard (we just did a lot of landscaping). then on tuesday i woke up with a horrible cold and it's rapidly spread to my chest (good fun) and yesterday im pretty sure i broke my toe. not the little toe but the one right next to it. its all purple and swollen today.
fun fun fun.
and then of course today at his appt he got shots :( so he's sleeping right now and probably will sleep msot of the afternoon away.
tomorrow we get to go with my friend and her husband to help them register at babies r us :) they are due in march and dont really know what they will need... so yay! i get to go (kinda) shopping! :)
i cant believe thanksgiving is next week :( that means i go back to work in less than 2 months. in fact, in 2 months i will have been back at work for a few weeks. :( i dont wanna go!!!

Wow he is big at 4 months. I was thinking my little one at 18 1/2 lbs and 8 months was big. What size does Caleb wear?
kimmyann - caleb wears 6 months or 6-9 month size clothes... depending on the brand :) in baby gap clothes he's still in 3-6! :)
That is ok! Dalton was 19.6lbs & 26"Long at 4months! big babies are sooooo cute!! More to squeeze! Dalton is 1 year & wear 18 months - 24 months depends on the length. He is starting to grow taller not wider! Enjoy him!
Awww he is simply adorable and i agree big babies are adorable enjoy and i also can't believe he is 4 months wow time does fly and like tammy said can't wait to be able to go and register for our babies ;)
Amy, I just got a look at the pictures. He is SO CUTE!!!!! I cannot believe how big he's getting. Such a cutie patootie! It doesn't seem like it's been 4 months already since you had him. I bet you're a really proud mama....and rightly so!
