today i had my dentist appt. :( i dont like the dentist on a GOOD day, so going while pregnant just added a little more anxiety. and it wasnt just for a cleaning or anything... *sigh* i had to have a crown put on. well, a temporary crown. i got back in 2 weeks for the permanent one.

they had to give me novicaine (which my midwife assured me was fine, since it didnt enter the bloodstream) and i HATE getting shotsin my mouth. i can take them in my arm and stuff... i mean, i dont love em, but i dont go into panic mode. but my mouth? HATE it. all i said all day was "i dont want to go!" im a big whiner, so im sure the people at work just loved me.

and i was all numb so i couldnt eat and i need to eat like, ALL the time... so that made it difficult.

and in case you havent noticed - im still whining. :) LOL

seriously though, im done with the dentist for a while when i go back - no shots! yay! im going to take a tylenol tonight though, my jaw hurts. :( and guess what? caleb doesnt like the dentist either!! or he was just reacting to my anxiety and adrenaline. after the doc gave me the shots, he was like a mexican jumping bean in there! but then i calmed down and so did he... but it was weird :) im going to check him with the doppler tonight when i go to bed, just to reassure myself.
