camera shy.

well ladies and gentlemen... its happened. my camera loving HAM has turned camera shy. *sigh* 90% of all of the pictures i ake now are of him walking/running away or a blur of movement. he's saying "thank you" now and he'll say it every time i hand him a block and when i get the camera and hand him a block he stares at me like im crazy.

HE TALKS! i promise he does!! he just clams up when i get the camera.

its starting to get cooler at night so we were able to break out the blanket sleepers. life is really good when you've got blanket sleepers!

tomorrow is friday. and tomorrow is the day "twilight" comes out in the theater. and tomorrow is the day i get to go to the movies and see "twilight". and *sigh* tomorrow is my dads first day all alone with caleb - including the night time routine. he's done the whole "bedtime" thing twice before (much much earlier, not anytime lately) and both times caleb blew his bedtime by almost 2 hours.

so while im THRILLED to be going to the movies... im also nervous. bedtime is around 8:00ish and thats when the movie starts. if he's still awake when the movie ends, its going to be a long night. i wrote out our whole bedtime routine. it was something like 12 pages. and the sad thing is we just do bath, PJs, milk and bed. nothing fancy. but i got detailed. i became "that mom".

im such a dork.

but i get to go see "twilight" and thats cool!

also!!! tomorrow at 4:15a - while most of us are sleeping - my mom is going to be leaving the house and heading out for day 1 of the breast cancer 3 day walk! :) she met her personal goal of $2,500 and she trained for over 6 months. i am SO PROUD of my mom :) she made t-shirts for her team... and one for caleb as well. :) i'll be sure to get a picture of them together. :)
